1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bbd11 ("bbd11", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at bbd11.vip, including all services, products, games, betting markets, promotions, and any other features offered through the platform. By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their contents, and agreed to be bound by them without reservation.

bbd11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bbd11 will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised provision, you must stop using bbd11 immediately and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for adult players based in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English text shall prevail. bbd11 operates as an online entertainment platform providing sports betting and casino gaming services. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use bbd11's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. Registration is open only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and for the entire duration of their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bbd11 is strictly an adult platform. Access by minors is prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing active account on bbd11 under any other name, email address, or payment identity.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bbd11 or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of any employee of bbd11 or its technology or payment partners.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbd11 account credentials. bbd11 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-step verification (2SV) on your account. You must notify bbd11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bbd11 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

bbd11 may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to registration, first withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a compliance review. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete requested KYC verification within 14 days of the request may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bbd11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bbd11 does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Available methods and processing times may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically credit to the bbd11 account balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes under normal network conditions.
• Bank card and internet banking deposits may require up to 30 minutes for processing depending on the issuing institution.
• bbd11 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method must match the registered account holder's name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the account flagged for review.
• Deposits made in error cannot be guaranteed to be reversed once credited to a game balance. Players should verify amounts before confirming any transfer.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• bbd11 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus cancellation.
• bbd11 may temporarily delay withdrawal processing for accounts undergoing compliance review. In such cases, the support team will communicate the reason and estimated resolution timeline via email.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bbd11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, seasonal offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bbd11 bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household IP address, per device, and per payment method. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple instances of a bonus constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the stated validity window from the time of credit. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically without notice.
• bbd11's daily reload bonus is available between 08:00 and 23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on every eligible day. Deposits made outside this window are not eligible for the daily bonus unless a promotion explicitly extends eligibility.
• bbd11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Ongoing wagering requirements attached to an already-claimed bonus will not be cancelled retroactively, but the promotion will not be available for new claims from the cancellation date.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting patterns, arbitrage wagering, or coordinated multi-account play — will result in bonus cancellation, account review, and potential permanent closure.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing casino games on bbd11, you acknowledge that all gambling activities involve inherent financial risk. You accept that bbd11 is not liable for gambling losses incurred through normal platform usage. All bets and wagers placed on bbd11 are final once confirmed, subject to the specific settlement rules applicable to each market or game type.

Sports Betting

• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the relevant event. bbd11 reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time without notice.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. In-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time trading decisions. bbd11 is not liable for bets that cannot be processed due to in-play suspension windows.
• All sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a result being reversed or disqualified after settlement, bbd11 will re-settle affected markets in accordance with the updated official result where operationally feasible.
• If a cricket match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or affected by weather, bbd11 will apply the settlement rules for the relevant market type as published in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• bbd11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error occurred due to a technical fault, data feed issue, or human input error. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.

Casino & RNG Games

• All casino games use certified RNG technology ensuring statistically independent outcomes. Players acknowledge that past results have no bearing on future outcomes in any RNG game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round (e.g., server disconnection, browser crash), the round outcome will be determined based on the server-side game state at the point of disconnection. The server record is the authoritative record of the game outcome.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within each game environment as managed by the relevant provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). bbd11 accepts no liability for errors made by live dealer personnel that are subsequently corrected by the provider.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bbd11, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities, any of which constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity information, including misrepresenting your age, name, or payment account ownership.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, pricing errors, or any other technical vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or coordinated betting scheme that undermines the integrity of sports events or casino game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder funds through the bbd11 platform. bbd11 cooperates fully with financial crime investigations and will freeze and report accounts where money laundering activity is suspected.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order placed on your own account or any associated account.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bbd11 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bbd11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete requested KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Court order or request from a relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Player request via the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be flagged for dormancy review).

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player's own breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering requirement shortfall) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days. Where closure results from a player breach, bbd11 reserves the right to withhold the balance as partial compensation for losses incurred.

Player-Requested Closure

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Players invoking the responsible gaming self-exclusion option will have their account closed for a minimum period of six months, during which re-registration is blocked and all marketing communications are suppressed. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbd11 accepts no liability for:

• Gambling losses incurred by players through normal use of the platform. All players gamble voluntarily and accept the financial risks associated with wagering.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, mobile network operators, or payment processors.
• Loss of account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the bbd11 platform.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi) in respect of their game rules, outcomes, or technical malfunctions governed by their own terms.

Where bbd11 is found liable for a direct loss suffered by a player due to bbd11's own negligence, the maximum liability of bbd11 to that player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbd11 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
